As part of our cooperation, we offer various models of remuneration, depending on your needs, the complexity of the case and the nature and specificity of the activities required to be carried out. Below we present possible models of settlement, maintaining full flexibility in this regard.

Flat Rate System

Adopting this remuneration model guarantees the availability of services for a specified period of time for a fixed monthly fee corresponding to a specified number of hours. After the agreed-upon time has been used, the flat-rate system can be supplemented with additional hours within the hourly system. It is suitable for both ad hoc and ongoing legal services.

Quota System

Used when a specific legal service is required, such as contract preparation, drafting a procedural document, or court representation. The agreed-upon rate covers comprehensive performance of the task, regardless of the time required. It is also suitable for ad hoc legal assistance.

Hourly System

It works well both in the case of permanent legal services and for a single service. The amount of remuneration depends on the number of hours devoted to the execution of the order. The hourly rate is always agreed individually with the Client. Before accepting the case, we inform the Client about the estimated amount of time necessary to perform the service, which allows him to estimate the total remuneration.

Success Bonus

It plays a complementary role to the basic salary and is determined when a specific result is achieved.

Legal Consultation (1 hour) – From PLN 250

The consultation includes the analysis of the submitted documents and the provision of legal advice. The cost of a single consultation starts from PLN 250/1 hour, its exact price depends on the complexity of the case, the number of documents to be analyzed. We always inform about the exact price before accepting the order.
