She has extensive experience in providing legal services, which she gained at Wrocław-based law firms. In her daily work, she handles various aspects of activities regulated by insolvency law, providing ongoing legal services to entities in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, and also supporting restructuring advisors in this area. By conducting an in-depth analysis of a company's legal and economic situation, she advises insolvent entities or those at risk of insolvency on selecting the appropriate type of proceedings to ensure the fastest and most effective restructuring. Specializations: She specializes in civil, bankruptcy, restructuring, commercial, and administrative law. She represents clients in court proceedings, particularly in these areas. At the firm, she is also responsible for advising entities involved in real estate transactions. Her areas of interest include personal bankruptcy and the broadly defined succession of assets, including the institution of family foundations. In her daily work, she focuses on resolving clients' legal problems with their best interests in mind, while also employing unconventional solutions. She actively participates in numerous restructuring, bankruptcy, and liquidation proceedings. She advises creditors, debtors, and restructuring advisors. She gained experience in legal departments and law firms specializing in serving entrepreneurs. I also handle matters related to OSINT, or open-source intelligence. Her passion is social media, where she runs her Instagram profile, where she educates on legal matters. I am also the Spokesperson for the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Wrocław and the Chair of the Committee for the Promotion of the Profession, Communication, and Media at that Chamber. In 2024, she was nominated for the Wrocławianka Roku 2024 award, awarded by the Wrocław Women's Council in the small business category. Education: She graduated with a degree in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of the University of Wrocław, and completed postgraduate studies in the Mediator Profession at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Wrocław.
